Tender chicken cut into pieces 1 kg
Egg 1
Soya sauce ¼ cup
Bread crumbs ½ cup
Melam garam masala 1 tsp
Melam chilli powder 2 tsp
Vinegar 1 tsp
Method of Preparation

Wash and cut chicken into pieces and drain well. Squeeze out all the water and wipe. Marinate with Melam garam masala, Melam chilly powder, enough salt and vinegar. Keep it for half an hour. Dip each piece in Soya sauce and egg. Roll in bread crumbs and bake at 400°F for 40 minutes.
