Batter Fried Chicken Recipes Main Page
Broiler chicken 1 kg (Cut into big pieces)
Curd ½ cup
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Ginger paste 1 tsp
Melam chicken masala 2 tbs
Sugar ¼ tsp
Salt to taste
Method of Preparation

Mix all the ingredients together and marinate the chicken and keep for 5 to 6 hours and cook without adding water. Then dip in batter and deep fry.

Batter:
Maida 1 cup
Soda bicarbonate 1 pinch
Melam pepper powder ½ tsp
Ajinomoto 1 pinch
Salt to taste
Water 1 cup
 
Method of Preparation
Mix altogether and make the batter.
