Mushroom And Cauliflower Soup Recipes Main Page
Cauliflower finely chopped and boiled 2 cups
Mushroom chopped 1 cup or 100 gm
Butter 3 tbs
Maida 2 tbs
Melam pepper powder ½ tsp
Minced green chillies 6
Onion minced 1
Salt ½ tsp
Soup cubes 2
Milk 3 cups
Method of Preparation

Melt butter, add onion and mushroom. Cook until the onions are tender but not brown. Stir in flour and cook for one minute. Add salt, Melam pepper powder, cubes, milk. Cook till slightly thickened. Add cauliflower and mix well. Garnish with green chillies and serve.
