Chicken 1 kg (washed and cut into pieces)
Melam Chicken Masala 4 tbl.sp
Onion Sliced 3 Nos
Tomatoes Chopped 2 Nos
Ginger Chopped 1 tsp
Garlic Chopped 5 flakes
Green Chillies Slit 2 Nos
Coriander Leaves (optional) few
Oil 3 tbl.sp
Salt to taste
Method of Preparation
Heat oil and saute onions, green chillies, ginger, garlic and curry leaves. Then add masala powder mixed with little water and fry well. Add chicken pieces, tomatoes, salt and water if needed. Cover and cook till done and gravy fairly thick. Serve hot with garnished coriander leaves if needed.
