Clean and cut chicken into big pieces. Wash well and drain. Finely chop small onions and garlic. Mix onions, garlic, salt and masala powder together and apply this mixture on chicken pieces. Line the cooking pan with curry leaves and arrange the chicken pieces. Pour 1 tb.sp. oil over, reduce fire and cook gently till chicken is tender. Little water can be added if the Chicken is tough. Heat the remaining 1 tbsp oil and fry the chicken pieces. Remove when done and Chicken is dry. |
