Melam Chicken Fry Masala 2 tb.sp
Garlic 6 flakes
Small Onions 10 Nos
Curry Leaves 2 springs
Oil 30 ml. (2 tbsp)
Salt To taste
Method of Preparation
Clean and joint chicken to 8 pieces. Wash well and drain, Finely chop small onions and garlic. Mix onions, garlic, salt and masala powder together and apply this mixture on chicken pieces. Line the cooking pan with curry leaves and arrange the chicken pieces. Pour one tb.sp. of oil over and bring to boil. Reduce fire and cook gently till chicken is tender. Little water can be added if the Chicken is tough. Remove when done and Chicken is dry. Heat remaining oil in a frying pan and fry the Chicken pieces. Remove and serve hot.
