Curd Fish Recipes Main Page
Pearl spot, Pomphret or any good fish 1 kg
Curd ¼ cup
Salt to taste
Melam fish masala 3 tbs
Oil ¼ cup
Garlic paste 2 tsp
Ginger paste 1 tsp
Onions thinly sliced 2 cup
Butter 1 cup
Flesh of tomatoes ¼ cup
Green chillies slit 4
Method of Preparation

Marinate fish with curd and salt. Heat oil and sauté garlic, ginger, onions, tomatoes and add butter also. Then stir with green chillies and Melam fish masala. Add 1 cup water and when it boils, add fish. Close the lid and cook. When it is done and gravy fairly thick, remove from fire and garnish with fried potatoes.
