Coconut milk ¼ cup
Melam vegetable masala 2½ tbs
Melam cumin powder a pinch
Lime juice to taste
Method of Preparation

Mix Melam vegetable masala, Melam cumin powder with lime juice and salt. Wash and slit open on one side along the length of the lady's fingers. Stuff this into the lady's fingers. Arrange them in a shallow dish and add the coconut milk. Cook on a slow fire. When the gravy thickens and almost dries, remove from fire.
