Clean and cut Mutton/Beef into pieces. Heat oil and fry onions lightly. Add ginger, garlic and fry for few minutes. Mix meat masala with little water and fry with onions. Add meat pieces, curry leaves, tomatoes and mix well. Cover and cook till the meat is tender and gravy is fairly thick. (If required little water can be added. It can be garnished with chopped coriander leaves.) For more taste add 4 tbsp cream or half cup thick coconut milk. |
