Meat/mutton 500 gms
Melam Meat Masala 4 tb.sp level
Onions 2 Nos sliced
Ginger chopped 1 teaspoon
Garlic chopped 1 teaspoon
Tomatoes 2 Nos - chopped
Curry Leaves few
Coriander leaves (optional) few
Oil 2 tb.sp
Salt to taste
Method of Preparation
Clean and cut Mutton/Beef into pieces. Heat oil and fry onions lightly. Add ginger, garlic and fry for few minutes. Mix meat masala with little water and fry with onions. Add meat pieces, curry leaves, tomatoes and mix well. Cover and cook till the meat is tender and gravy is fairly thick. (If required little water can be added. It can be garnished with chopped coriander leaves.)
