Peel carrots and potatoes and cut them to small cubes. Cut beans and cauliflower to half inch pieces. Cook carrots, beans, peas, potatoes and cauliflower together with very little water. Peel and cut pine-apple and apple to small cubes. Heat ghee in a pan and fry the onions to light brown. Add ginger , garlic, green chilly, tomatoes and saute well. Add vegetable masala mixed with little water and fry well. Add cooked vegetables, pine-apple, apple kismis and cashewnuts and saute for another two minutes. Add cream and salt to taste and mix well. Bring to boil and serve hot garnished with butter and chopped coriander leaves.
