Cook pork with 1 table spoon Soya sauce, Melam garam masala, mustard, Melam turmeric powder and vinegar. Then cut the meat into thin slices. |
Heat oil and saute all the chopped ingredients. Then add Melam chilli powder, Soya sauce, ajinomoto, tomato sauce, enough salt and sliced pork. Stir well and arrange in a baking dish and bake for 15 minutes. Remove and garnish with boiled cabbage, carrot, capsicum, etc. |
