Cook pork with 1 table spoon Soya sauce, Melam garam masala, mustard, Melam turmeric powder and vinegar. Then cut the meat into thin slices.
Heat oil and sauté all the chopped ingredients. Then add Melam chilli powder, Soya sauce, ajinomoto, tomato sauce, enough salt and sliced pork. Stir well and arrange in a baking dish and bake for 15 minutes. Remove and garnish with boiled cabbage, carrot, capsicum, etc.
