Clean and cut undercut into roundles. Flatten with steak hammer or a wooden bat. Mix salt and masala Powder together, apply on the steak and keep aside for one hour. Chop finely, garlic and onions. In a cooking pan pour one tb.sp. oil. Place the steaks, Sprinkle chopped garlic and onions and cook till the steak is soft and dry. Heat remaining oil in a frying pan and fry the steaks. Serve hot. |
