When Melam Masalas was started, she associated with Padmasree Late Ms. Thangam Philip, the world renowned food catering and nutrition expert in developing the exclusive formulae & recipes for Melam products. She is presently in charge of Melam masala's R&D department and there developed the recipes in the website.
